GETTING TO WORK: USING QBOA’S PRACTICE MANAGEMENT TOOL TO ORGANIZE YOUR COMMUNICATION
Intuit is working hard to make QuickBooks Online Accountant your central hub to manage your bookkeeping and accounting practice. The new Work area tracks upcoming deadlines, and delegates tasks to your team. The Client Requests allows you to communicate with your clients, and even request and store documents. You don’t have to cobble together to-do lists, file sharing, and conversation tools anymore…it’s all in-product!
Create client projects and tasks with due dates and track their progress. Delegate work to your team. Upload files to your clients, and ask them to share files, too.
USING QUICKBOOKS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS FROM SWIPE TO AUTOMATION
Speed up your A/R with integrated QuickBooks Merchant Services. Square, Stripe and PayPal may be familiar and ubiquitous, but they can be hard to manage in QuickBooks. Instead, QB Payments fully integrates with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online, saving time and frustration. ProAdvisors even get wholesale rates, which you can pass on to your customers.
