We have some exciting news to share from Royalwise: Alicia Katz Pollock has been named one of Ignition’s Top 50 Women in Accounting 2026!

And if that sounds familiar, there’s a reason.

Alicia was also named one of Ignition’s Top 50 Women in Accounting in 2023, making this her second time receiving this industry recognition.

For those of us who work with Alicia every day, it is wonderful to see the impact she has made on the accounting and bookkeeping community recognized once again.

What Is Ignition’s Top 50 Women in Accounting 2026?

Each year, Ignition recognizes 50 women who are making a meaningful impact on the accounting profession.

The theme for Ignition’s Top 50 Women in Accounting 2026 is “Igniting Change.”

This year’s honorees are women who are challenging the way things have traditionally been done, creating new opportunities, strengthening their communities, and helping shape the future of accounting.

Those goals line up remarkably well with the work Alicia has been doing throughout her career.

Making Accounting Technology Easier to Understand

Alicia has built her career around a simple idea: accounting technology should make your job easier, not leave you wondering what you just clicked.

Through Royalwise, Alicia teaches business owners, bookkeepers, accountants, and other professionals how to use QuickBooks Online effectively in the real world.

Her approach goes far beyond showing people which buttons to press.

Alicia focuses on helping students understand how QuickBooks works, why particular workflows matter, and how to apply those skills to the situations they encounter every day.

That practical, hands-on approach has helped thousands of people strengthen their bookkeeping and QuickBooks skills.

Alicia’s influence also extends beyond the students sitting in her classes.

Alicia is the founder of Royalwise Solutions and a longtime QuickBooks educator, author, speaker, and industry advocate.

Whether she is teaching a QuickBooks Online class, presenting at an accounting conference, recording the Unofficial QuickBooks Accountants Podcast, writing instructional material, or answering a complicated bookkeeping question, Alicia has always been driven by the same goal:

Help people understand their tools so they can do better work.
