Congratulations to Jamie, who passed his Microsoft Outlook 2010 certification. He now is recognized by Microsoft as having the ability to set up your Outlook and train you on how to use e-mail, calendars, contacts, and more.
He recently delivered corporate Outlook 2007 and 2010 trainings at a local medical university, and a maritime administration facility.
