What we did for Feet on the Earth, a non-profit 503(c) in Colorado:
- Convert her existing QuickBooks for Mac file into QuickBooks Online
- Reorganize her Chart of Accounts
- Set up her summer and after-school programs as Products and Services
- Define Classes to group Program and Organizational overhead expenses
- Connect her checking, savings, and credit card accounts to the Banking Feed
- Create Rules to automatically enter routine transactions
- Sign up for QB Payments Merchant Services so she could invoice students and take electronic payments
- Create Recurring Payments for families paying monthly
- Set up Enhanced Payroll
