Alicia was very knowledgeable about any computer problems and applications we discussed. I had accumulated a lot of 'can I and if not, why not questions,' which she fielded very well. She also helped me design a template for my book inventory. She reviewed my equipment and made recommendations to improve it. I asked Alicia for help with a persistent error message in QB Pro 2009 when backing up. I also needed to remove a long-departed partner as the QuickBooks Administrator. Alicia was a great consultant. She started by asking logical questions to understand the problem. She upgraded me to QuickBooks Pro 2014, yet the problem remained. Then the fun began. She worked through logical possibilities and explained her approach as she went forward. Eventually, she found the problem. She also succeeded in changing the QB Administrator. I attended a beginning Quickbooks class, with four parts, one every week. I drove 2 1/2 hours one way, rented a hotel etc.. The first class was confusing enough with all of the new vocabulary.
