I would just like to tell you how wonderful yesterday's session with Alicia was! I am truly amazed at how quickly she was able to address our concerns regarding the problems created when we moved from QB Desktop to QB Online. We had been trying to work with Intuit support desk to "fix" problems created by duplicate entries, reconciliations, etc. for close to two years and Alicia was able to show us where the problems were coming from and how to avoid them in the future. I have had so much anxiety over the state our QB was in and the stress it caused trying to operate with things out of whack.

I would like to suggest that you consider updating Alicia's title to QuickBooks Whisperer, QuickBooks Queen (goes along with Royalwise 😏), or something equally appropriate to what she does for those of us in need.
