Cursor Jumps Around in Word?
Today I had a customer who would type in Microsoft Word 2011 for Mac, and her page would jump around. Her cursor would move to different parts of the document!
At first I didn’t believe her, just like none of the other techs did. Then it happened to me while I was showing her how to work with numbered lists!
Other support pros had her delete and reinstall the software, and jump through other hoops, to no end. They thought maybe her trackpad was too sensitive, but she wasn’t even touching it.
I solved it! We went to the Review tab, and even though Change Tracking was off, the Tracking view said, “Final Showing Markup.” We changed this dropdown menu to “Final” and the jumping stopped!
This is just one example of the fun tips and tricks I teach in my Microsoft Word training online!

i personally think techies should be banned from answering questions on the internet. you people assume that the general person, knows all of the facts you know. A long time ago I learned to always write posts to someone in grade 6. Could a child understand what you are saying
