Turn your Photos into a self-running slideshow with a soundtrack! We’ll edit your photos, arrange them, create Ken Burns pans and transitions, set them to music, and upload them to YouTube for your loved ones to see.

The Photos app integrates automatically with Mail, FaceBook, Photostream. We’ll look at how to download photos from the web and email into your Photos. Learn how to transfer pictures to your iPhone or iPad. Then we’ll learn how to share your photos with the world as easily as clicking a button. If possible, bring in your computer with photos you want to share.

Photos 1-4 Workshop: Organizing, Editing, Sharing, Slideshows, and Projects

Class Description

Master the Photos app with our 4 classes in one day! Learn how to organize your photos, edit them to look more professional, share them on the Internet, make slideshows and movies, and create books, calendars, and cards for gifts and keepsakes.

We’ll take a 1-hour lunch and lots of 15-minute stretch breaks!

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Photos 1: Organizing
The Photos app has amazing tools for importing photos, then organizing them using Faces, Places, Keywords, Flagging, creating Albums, searching for photos, and much more.

1:30-2:30 PM – Photos 2: Editing and Adjusting
Improve your photos with the Photos app powerful editing tools. We’ll cover all aspects of the editing options that Photos has to offer, including cropping, red-eye, retouching, and adjusting color.

2:30-3:30 PM – Photos 3: Sharing Photos
The Photos app integrates automatically with Mail, FaceBook, Photostream. We’ll look at how to download photos from the web and email into your Photos. Learn how to transfer pictures to your iPhone or iPad. Then we’ll learn how to share your photos with the world as easily as clicking a button. If possible, bring in your computer with photos you want to share.

3:30-4:30 PM – Photos 4: Slideshows, Movies, Books, Cards and More
Turn your Photos into a self-running slideshow with a soundtrack! We’ll edit your photos, arrange them, create Ken Burns pans and transitions, set them to music, and upload them to YouTube for your loved ones to see. If possible, bring in your computer with photos and songs you want to use.

Another great way to keep your memories alive is with prints, photo albums, and greeting cards. We’ll learn how to design professionally-published keepsakes, using the tools you already have on your computer! If possible, bring in your computer with photos you want to use.
