About Us
Alicia Katz Pollock
Recently named one of America’s Top 50 Women in Accounting, Alicia is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, an award-winning educator, and a seasoned business consultant with a Master’s in Teaching from Tufts University. She has decades of experience helping business owners and bookkeepers understand QuickBooks in a way that finally clicks.
Today, she’s creating courses, coaching sessions, books, webinars, and keynote talks that help people learn QuickBooks with confidence and clarity.

Jamie Pollock
Jamie is an Apple-certified educator, tech consultant, and one of the most down-to-earth trainers in the Apple world. He’s been helping individuals and companies (including giants like Symantec, Intel, and Jantzen) build smart tech systems for decades.
Known for his humor, patience, and uncanny ability to explain complex topics simply, Jamie makes iPhones, iPads, Macs, and everyday tech feel totally approachable.
