Intuit Responds Quickly To Customer Feedback

QuickBooks iconOne of the things I love about QuickBooks Online is how responsive they are to customer feedback. I found a bug when I was working with the Bank Feeds. They discovered I was correct, and are going to fix it in an update later this month!

On January 06, 2015 at 10:48 PM, I wrote:

The new Payee line in the Banking feed doesn’t work. Note here that they all say “Dave Smith” which isn’t part of either our Sales Receipt or the bank’s data.

On January 7, 2015 at 10:21:26 AM, Intuit responded:

Thanks for pointing this out. We agree that this is a bug and we’ll fix it so that it shows the correct Payee. It should be fixed in a release this month.

I’m glad I can contribute my knowledge to make the software better for everyone. And, I’m impressed that Intuit can be so responsive to their users!
