If you use QBO, take credit cards with QB Payments. The rates are competitive with Square and PayPal. Even better, save time and money with automation. Your clients can pay their invoices online. You can run recurring payments automatically. QuickBooks Online takes the fees out in separate transaction, instead of deducting them from the bank deposit and confusing you, like PayPal does. And best of all, QuickBooks will batch deposit payments so that you don’t have do the work.
